The hotel rooms were great and comfortable, nice and spacious, filled with practically everything one could need, including a cork screw. The service was very friendly and welcoming, excellent and respectful. In terms of location, it was fabulous with access to various amenities nearby. The dining experience was good but had some issues. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the Residence Inn National Harbor was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, almost like a small apartment, offering a direct view of the Gaylord Hotel across the street and partial harbor views. Having a full kitchen was a great plus. The service, while excellent and very respectful, at times struggled to keep up with the demand. The location was perfect for the event I attended, with plenty of amenities nearby, though more shops would have been ideal. The dining experience was sufficient, but the absence of a pool was a downside. Overall, I found great value for money in this hotel.

The service was friendly and helpful, especially with directing me to nearby specialty stores. The location was very convenient and fabulous for dining and entertainment.
